What is a WBE?
A WBE (web booking engine) is a booking tool that enables online bookings directly through your website. Our WBE is integrated into the same platform as the PMS, allowing guests to easily book accommodations and add-on services, boosting upselling opportunities, via their mobile phones or computers. The bookings are automatically recorded in your PMS, enabling seamless check-in and check-out management.

An interactive site map is a feature often requested by campsites, allowing guests to choose their preferred spot when booking. The map can also be displayed in the PMS if desired, making it easy to see which site a guest has reserved. Since the PMS and WBE are part of the same system, it ensures that only available spots are shown to guests during the booking process.
Electricity connection
For campgrounds, the ability to display and manage electricity connections directly in the booking system (PMS) and WBE is often required. This makes it easy for guests to add this service at the time of booking when desired.
